glame-users is now moderated

The glame-users list is now moderated for non-member postings as well.
I have taken measures (again, *sigh*) to reduce the amount of moderation
requests I get, so from now on all postings from infoseek.jp are
automatically discarded.

I also noticed two messages that I missed for moderation processes,
these have been late approved now, but I hope this doesn't happen too
often.  Sorry about that :(
