#22 glade 3.4 not standalone

reported bugs with glade3.4.x for windows with bugzilla and was informed that 3.4 is completely outdated and discontinued
glade3.4 is listed as being a standalone installer yet it doesn't incorporate glib properly.
The following error occurred in running the installer:
"the procedure entry point g_assertion_message_expr could not be located in the dynamic link library libglib-2.0-0.dll"
There is also no documentation on install instructions as is required for distributing GPL software
Also the add new link for bug reporting is broken when not logged in. The reporting link also.
