When I opened a label created in previous versions. I found some larger text with exaggerated line spacing. It was Ariel Black 28. The line spacing was indicated at 1.0 but required reducing it quite a bit to restore the proper spacing. I do not recall, but perhaps the new setting was 0.85. Due to printing problems I had to re-install version 2.1.2.

I can re-install 2.2.0 for additional testing/debugging with my label files.

    Since 2.1.4, layout is done by pango and should be more consistent with other apps. Previously, glabels did linespacing itself in an arbitrary manner.
