I'm unable to fill a Barcode with a Key from an loaded csv file, because the radio button 'Literale' won't uncheck when clicking on the 'key' button.

What version of glabels are you using? What distribution and what version?
I cannot duplicate this with either the latest stable or unstable versions.
Version 2.2.2, Mac OS X 10.6.4, gLabels installed via Macports, but compiling the code manually wouldn't help too.
Looking back at the commit log, I believe this was fixed several versions back.
I don't know if this will help, but there is a MacOS package of glabels 2.2.8 from the fink project:
