[gl4java-usergroup] Doesn't always display.

Hi,

I'm running a 1.25 GHz 15" Apple Powerbook with 1.25 GB of memory, 9600 
ATI Radeon with 64 MB, OS 10.3.6, and Java 1.4.2_02. I have used the 
mac gl4java (version 2.8.3) installer and have verified that the 
following libraries are in the ~/Library/Java/Extensions directory.

-gl4java.jar
-libGL4JavaJauGliJNI14.jnilib
-png.jar

When I try and load a program that uses gl4java, some elements seem to 
function correctly (namely really primitive 2-D stuff). Most of the 
time the java container visualizing the gl4java component will just 
appear black and/or be unresponsive to user-input. Is there anyone out 
there that has successfully installed gl4java using a configuration 
similar to mine? If so, what tips and tricks did you do to get 
everything working appropriately.
