[gl4java-usergroup] Some files missing in the cvs

I just checked out the current cvs version. Apparantly the 
memorymanager.h and .c file have not been added to the cvs. I wanted to 
use my original copies of these files, but apparantly sven changed them 
a bit. Could somebody check these two in please.
