look at the source GL4Java/Installer/GL4JInst.java#main

here you can see, 
that we just add a little frame around the applet ;-)

of course .. you may have to add a signature for:
	- msie
	- netscape

how to add a dummy signature ?

look at the GL4Java/Installer/*.[sh|bat] shell scripts ..
