[gl4java-usergroup] Compiling libGL4java.so

Hello,

I accidentally upgraded my Mesa version to 3.1, so my GL4Java libs don't
work anymore. I downloaded the source to the libs and tried to compile,
but I seem to be missing the 'javacc' tool. What is it and where can I get
it?
