If the state between runs matters then it sounds like a driver
bug. Check to see if there are any driver updates available for
the Intel 810. You may also want to get a 3D upgrade card; even
the lowest-end cards available from ATI or NVidia should
drastically outperform the 810 and will probably be more stable
as well. I also recommend converting your program to the
GLEventListener model from the subclassing model to reduce the
possible number of application errors.
