0.5.1 for GkrellM2.0 port released

GkrellM2.0 port gkrellstock-0.5 released

Added an Option to scroll set of tickers.

Please Note that Upgrade from any previous release need to re-enter all tickers as the way of storing tickers has changed.

gkrellstock-0.3 now has two panels, one for Ticker another for Quote, can enable/disable quote scrolling. Can have Index tickers like ^DJI, ^IXIC
etc.
