Added Date format option to append to filename.

Added option to have Lock or Shoot or Both Buttons.

* If you are using View Image After Click option , you will
need ImageMagick-5.5.x.

Now when chart width is increased plugin will
update chart properly.

Bug Fix Release - Fixed changing themes crashing GkrellM1.2.x & 2.0. Please upgrade.

GkrellShoot-0.4 is a port for GkrellM2.0. If you
