No

A new parameter for the module, mac_addr, as a string
of 6 int's
The user can specify a custom mac address for the
board, and instead of the driver read the mac address
programmed in the card's rom, the driver will read it
from this parameter and load the apropriate register.
Ps.: If there are more than one card on the system, the
drivers will use the same mac for all of them. Any idea?

If the mac addr can be set on-the-fly, one solution would be
to create a /proc structure which enumerated all the cards
and allowed each mac to be set separately. Ideas?

MAC addresses are already easily configurable :)

You can use ifconfig to change the MAC address to whatever
you want, when an ethernet interface is down (i.e. outside
    of 'ifconfig ethX up').

So just make sure your networking scripts specify the MAC
address before the interface is up'd, and you're golden. No
    kernel patching needed.
