#8 Disabling Cut, Copy, Paste menu items

When there is nothing selected, then Cut & Copy should
be disabled in the menus.

When there is nothing pastable in the clipboard, then
Paste should be disabled in the menus.

I think this should be queued up for the next release. You
would think those stock buttons would act like this
automatically, like the context menu that comes up when
right-clicking on the text view. Not sure how to handle this
at the moment.
