setup.py references bin/gjots2xml which does not exist. In Debian, this breaks the build.

I am very disappointed to see this bug is still present even in 3.0.1

https://sources.debian.net/src/gjots2/3.0.1-1/debian/patches/60_fix-setup.py.patch/ should have a patch soonish
