#11 Saving opens up the Save As dialog

This is a bug against version 2.2.0.

After about 30 minutes of usage, saving the document
(the default save action - [ctrl + s] or File -> Save)
opens up the "Save As ..." dialog.

Need to look over the save trigger code. I bet there is
some logic in there that checks to see if gjots2 should
save to a different document irregardless of the fact
that the save trigger (and not save as trigger) has
been executed, and it is failing under some conditions
that it really shouldn't.

I have not found out how to reproduce this, but I
expect the code will be clear enough. This is a bug
that I noticed prevoiusly, but forgot about it in the
shuffle to get 2.2.0 out the door. Oops.
