#8 Enrich Japanese reading in Kanjidic window with romaji

Plesae enrich the Japanese katakana and hiragana readings in the kanjidic window with romaji. For any users it is a step too far and many other applications and websites also enrich these readings with romaji.

For each Japanese reading, add the romaji between brackets (). This simple and automated lookup and enrichment can be done with the aid of the following tables:

When possible also use o with a bar on top of it and u with a bar on top of it (macron) for the long o and u sounds. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macron

Fixing this bug will allow more users to be able to use gjiten with kanjidic with more ease and completes the reading information.
