[Gitstat-devel] New directory and move of lib.php

Hi,

Just wanted to let people know that I've created a new directory "include" that 
is now holding lib.php. We've lost the history for lib.php but I don't think 
that's a great loss yet.

This new "include" directory will also contain libdb.php which is solely for 
database stuff (which also means moving dbconnect from lib.php to libdb.php).

I'm also thinking of move the graph generating stuff to there (linegraph, 
bargraph and piegraph).
