[Gitstat-devel] Put some directory structure in place

Hi,

Currently most of our php scripts are in the root of the project. What about 
introducing some directories where we move stuff, for example:

include - for most of our php-scripts
gstat_graph - for the graph related scripts (like piegraph.php)

I again welcome ideas/remarks/suggestions.
