[Gitclipse-devel] Feature/Plug-in Version Update

I updated the update-site and plug-in versions to 0.1.0 as opposed to 
1.0.0 to avoid greater than version problems in the future.  Seems to 
still be good.  If you had installed the plugin when it was 1.0.0 you'll 
need to uninstall and install the new version since it will ignore it 
since the version is less than before.
