Paul,
  Are you going to get a chance to fix these test failures before Tuesday?
They are most certainly related to external projects and are very important
for the first release.  I've got math hw and final next week so I'm trying
to do that, but if need be I'll play with it.  Let me know.

The Eclipse programmer's guide has a nice section about dealing with
IResources and their workspace and filesystem counterparts.
