[Gitclipse-build] Building with Latest Javagit Version

I was thinking that now that we have public javagit downloads with unique
filenames we could either standardize our build on a specific version and
update as we see fit, or point our build to their latest jar.  It will be up
to each of us to keep our IDE's up-to-date.

I'm going to update the build process to download their latest jar for each
build.  If anybody has an objection let me know.
