You are already one of the team:-) One thing is( at least to me) important that, when you sent a email to the mailing list, that is what we call a POST. it is better to give the post with a subject(it is nothing but give a title when you are composing the mail). So that people we see what is talking about here in this post. And then people will reply to it(by simply click the reply icon in their email box), the reply will then follow your original post to form a THREAD in this mailing list. And thus again, the title you gave to your first post, will become the title of this whole THREAD. That's why I suggest a subject shall be given to the first mail of the THREAD. But anyway, it is not so important, we do free software, and we have all the freedom:) On Tue, Jan 26, 2010 at 9:56 AM, guosong zhang <bil...@gm...>wrote: > Hi, I am very interested in the project, and I want to join in it. > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > The Planet: dedicated and managed hosting, cloud storage, colocation > Stay online with enterprise data centers and the best network in the > business > Choose flexible plans and management services without long-term contracts > Personal 24x7 support from experience hosting pros just a phone call away. > http://p.sf.net/sfu/theplanet-com > _______________________________________________ > Gitbro-develop mailing list > Git...@li... > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/gitbro-develop > > -- Regards Peter |

Billie, I see your mail posted to the mailing list, that means your mail succeeded in posing to the mailing list. <> guosong zhang to me show details 10:04 AM (11 minutes ago) I sent a email to gitbro-develop mailing list. I do not see my email in its web page </> I also see the above Email you send by giving a rely to the thread *Muse Problem*, I will say if we are no longer talking about muse we should not post stuff there. Now obviously you want to talk about mailing list problem, so you can post to a certain thread in gitbro-develop mailing list, like what I am doing now. This will be a much better idea, since everything goes what it should be. In the future we will check the mailing list archives, keeping threads clearly titled will help a lot when we want sth we need out of the mailing list.
