Dear all, I'm proud to announce the new "*GISVM OpenGeo Suite 64bit*" release: http://gisvm.com/gisvm-opengeo-suite-64bit/ This new GIS Virtual Machine is an update version of the previous 32bit release*.* It runs only on *64bit computers and is based on the latest Ubuntu 14.04.4 64bit server and OpenGeo Suite 4.8* from Boundless Geospatial <http://boundlessgeo.com/products/opengeo-suite/>, a complete geospatial platform for managing data, building maps and applications across web browsers, desktops and mobile devices. You don't need to install anything to create web maps and applications, publish WMS and WFS services from your data that you can be centralize on a relational database server. All this from a Virtual Machine running on your personal computer. You can access it directly from your browser or any GIS desktop software installed on your computer, or across your local network. If interested, just have a look at the online QUICK START manual <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1g1w_l8-ADH4BXUkqaDMaFH3rF9x1PewwO_g78G8vmtg> to understand how it can be useful to you. Thank you for supporting the project. Have fun! Best regards Ricardo Pinho |
