devices. *Publish
your data published using WMS and WFS map services (GeoServer 2.6

server (PostgreSQL 9.3.11 <http://www.postgresql.org/>+PostGIS 2.1.4
<http://postgis.net/>), just right from your personal computer. You can use
it directly or with any GIS Desktop software, such as QGIS.
