If you have a tif, and tfw file, or jpg and jpw file, then simply open a new layer, select
the Image File Datasource, and select the tif or jpg file. The data source should automatically
read the world information from the world file and default the correct coordinates. If this is not
the case, you can enter the correct coordinates for the image.
Selecting OK will cause the image to be displayed in the viewer.
DIRECTORY
If you have a directory of these files, you may wish to use the Image Directory Data source to display them. It will combine them and only read the ones you are displaying.
HUGE IMAGE FILES
If you data is very large, you may wish to use the RasterCatalog creator (tools menu) to create a RasterCatalog. This will
chop your directory of large images into smaller tiles that are much faster to display at all zoom levels.
To my knowledge, there is no UML diagram of GISToolkit.
Thanks for your question.
