The problem of rendering (or not rendering) polygon
holes will need to be solved before this is feasable.

Updated the Polygon Shader to allow the paint routine to use
textures. This is BETA at the moment, and I have not yet
figured out how to store this information in configuration yet.
It only works for the MonoShader at the moment.
The MonoShader can be used to paint a texture onto a polygon
layer. Any JPG, GIF, or PNG image should work, and the
image file name is saved in the configuration information.
This means that if the file is no longer available when the
configuration is read, the texture will not be drawn. This
makes the configuration file less portable.
