Getting help is best done by posting a support request, bug report etc in the tracker..
You can then post a message on this forum or any of the mailing lists and we will help you as soon as possible. We want you to post to the tracker first as it will help others to find questions that already have been answered and will ease up the load of support requests that we recieve.
