If N attempts to connect to a Server w/o a C:Line, N will
spam the server over and over again.

This happened to my server, a few users were
successfully disconnected by the flood. They Netsplit
from the server, even though there's only 1 server!

My server almost lagged out, so this bug could be a
potential DoS Attack Issue, where anyone can use this
bug to DoS Attack another Network.

Will add so NewServ parses the disconnection lines from the
server and parses all error messages from the server.
This should solve the problem.
