I (User1) had numeric ABAAb, another user (User2) had
numeric ABAAB, when I PRIVMSG'd AuthServ HELLO, it
created a user called User2.
Apparently it uppercased the numeric before looking it up.

You got it right... not case sensitive comparasion of numerics.
Will be fixed.
