#23 Window management UI is difficult to find/rememeber/use

Operations menu shortcut is not the most intuitive mechanisms for controlling what activity/activities a window is associated with. Re-visiting the UI would be helpful for improving overall program usability--maybe something more along the lines of what Spaces does?
