#16 Weird (but apparently non-destructive) KVO-observer orphan

Occasional log reports show that a KVO observer can exist on a PNDesktop object after that object has been released. Should probably check to make sure that all of these observer relationships are properly cleaned up (or move to Leopard's automatic garbage collection!)
