Sounds very good I will test it.

However I see you have re-hardcoded the thumb sizes....  This needs to 
be fixed.

I also think we should thumb from a larger thumb not to original.  This 
is something that I wanted to to because it will dramatically reduce the 
cpu effort.  This is also a todo, that I might have a hack at this evening.

I think there is a bug (on the version used on my live site (2days old)) 
when you add a new folder it does not apear in the menu.  I waited 2 
mins but it still is not there.
