Will have a look at this and test it this evening.  If I catch a bug I 
will let you known.

I will do some Config work too and get the thumbnail sizes and page 
locations from the document object.  Is this efficient?  I am not sure 
when the xml parsed but it should only be parsed once or after a config 
change.  I will get it working but if you have any comments please post 
them.
