The security release is out...

Checked in data structure and start of Data Java Bean work.  This is far 
from complete but it is worth checking in because it should not break 
anything.  I think the Picture and Folder classes should have a 
collection name, collection id and a relative path.  This will help us 
find them if the root of the collection moves.  This does not fit with 
the current structure but I think we can change the internals with 
breaking something too serious.

This ci gets me back on the main branch.  I will continue with the 
hibernate work because it is fun...
