[ginp-users] ginp Version 0.10 Released

This is the first release of the software to get it out there.  It is at 
the
mostly working concept stage. The structure and packaging of the application
is OK but it is missing a lot of features.  There are probably bugs which I
would like to hear about.

In the spirit of release early and often here is version 0.10
