#98 Window position and drawer is not saved

When the message boxes window is not open, the window position of an open mailbox window isn't saved. Also the state of the mailboxes drawer is not saved - so it is not possible to start Ginko in the "Mail.app-mode" with an open mailbox-window and an attached open mailboxes drawer.
