Ok. I've reported it on fedora bugzilla/gimp. I think it might be because of reusing old scripts without explicit variable definition, but I'm surprised they didn't test it. Perhaps it is my setup.
There are a whole load of other errors for similar plugins in the 'create' menu. I think it might be as well to report this to fedora themselves.
This unbound variable error occurs when I select the 'create' menu item in GIMP 2.10.14 which I have just installed on Fedora 31 workstation. I get the same 'unbound variable' warning on corroded painting, dracula, fiery steel and multieffect text.
