gimp# 0.6 released

Finally a new release. The Slicer plug-in should be much more useful now. It can now even generate your rollover code (JavaScript). I have also added a plug-in to read wbmp (wireless bitmaps) and as always there are many bugfixes. In general the plug-ins are much more stable now.

The next version (0.7) will probably the last version that uses Mono 1.0.x. After that I will switch to Mono 1.1.x or 1.2 so I can use all those lovely new C# features :)
