Gimp# 0.5 released

After one month of hard work we have a first release of the Slicer Tool! Furthermore there are many improvements and bug fixes for the Picture Package plug-in. I also started development of a red eye correction plug-in and support was added in the framework for plug-ins that load/save files. Enjoy.
