Progress

There has been a lot of progress since release 0.3. The Picture Package is starting to become really useful and I've added previews for both the Ministeck and NCP plug-in. GIMP API coverage has also increased tremendously. I expect to release version 0.4 next weekend (around Decmber 13th).
