#53 Photoshop Count Tool

Create something like the Photoshop Count Tool. With the current design of GIMP it's not possible to create a new tool, but we can provide a plug-in instead.

The tool can:

- do autonumbering
- put the numbers on a new layer
- change color (and font) of numbers
- load/save points via parasites
- etc.
