#22 Add an angle entry widget
Most photo editors (PhotoShop, Paint Shop Pro,
Paint.NET) use a widget that lets you quickly set an
angle. It looks like a clock with only a single dial.
Drag this dial to select an angle.
This could be used for example in the Splitter plug-in
which lets you rotate the layers.
