#589 Page size-tray settings not recognized Ricoh C2011

Trouble with v. 5.3.3 and Ricoh C2011 on osx 10.12.6 (Sierra). I can get it to print one page, but only after manually selecting page size/tray from the printer control panel. Page size settings and tray config are not being recognized from the applications (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.) I have configured as IPP using the guten5.3.3 driver installed on a fixed IP address. How can I fix this issue to have the printer recognize the page size/tray settings?
