#588 add support for Draft Mode in Canon iP2700 series - CUPS+Gutenprint v5.3.3

Draft Mode printing is lacking in Canon iP2700 series - CUPS+Gutenprint v5.3.3, however, Draft Mode is available on the official Windows XP drivers and in this cnijfilter-common PPD.

Unfortunately, cnijfilter-common, the official Canon drivers don't work anymore on Ubuntu 20.04 due to missing and uninstallable dependencies, so my workaround is to print on Windows XP via Virtualbox using the official Windows XP drivers from Canon to print my documents on Draft Mode. With that said, please add support for this?
