#24 Add support for Canon FAX-B180C

Add support for Canon FAX-B180C. Only black cartridge is tested. I don't know how to find out the margins properly so it's copied from other entries.

This printer hangs at the end of a print job unless no-reattach CUPS quirk is used. I've had the same problem with Canon laser printers (in my carps-cups project) using with CUPS 1.4 and later which uses libusb backend (in Linux). I suspect that more printers currently supported by gutenprint could be affected by this CUPS "feature".
