Actually, you should also worry about printers like the SP 9000, which
do 44" *wide*, and pretty much as long as you like (I think the
current maximum roll length is something like 300 feet :)

One of the things I wanted to do with my original print plug-in was
to do away with sizing the preview based on the actual media size;
instead, it should just represent the aspect ratio and orientation
of the page...  That will remove the current tiny pages and make
life a bit easier down the road for really big prints.
