I finally got Thorsten's positioning patch merged and tested for the GTK
gui, and just commited it.  I could not get the gimp gui to compile with
it, so I only applied the GTK portion.  Mitch, can you take a look?  Its
probably something simple. If you don't have it I can email it.  The
double frame for printable area is a nice touch.  This still doesn't fix
the scaling error (I think that's what it is) that causes an image
positioned hard against the right edge to get clipped.
