   modem as I am writing this mail, so give it 15 mn from the time stamp of
   this mail).

Tricky point: you shouldn't distribute this code with a non-GPL'ed
version of Ghostscript.  The Aladdin license isn't compatible.
Distributing it with Ghostscript 5.50 is fine, though

   If you try to rebuild the RPM, a patch from the original package (not my
   epson patch) seems to fail (at least on my system): you must enter
   "Makefile" when it prompts what file to patch. I haven't tried to figure
   out what's wrong, I'm not an RPM guru.

I guess Ghostscript finally renamed "makefile" to "Makefile".
