[Gimp-print-devel] Epson printing to the edge

I've fixed up the Epson code to print to the top edge and close
(~5/16") to the bottom.  Printing to the bottom probably will not work
in microweave or 360 dpi.

Could someone using Ghostscript (for whom this really matters) please
test it?
