Ah, I see what it is.  I asked you to run:

  cups-genppd.5.3 -Z -p /tmp scp2-fujifilm-dx100

there should be an 'e' before 'scp2', ie:

  cups-genppd.5.3 -Z -p /tmp escp2-fujifilm-dx100

It was a cut-n-paste error, sorry for that.
